Spring Concessions

Concessions volunteering is one of our most consistent and impactful fundraising opportunities. By working concession stands at school athletic events, families help raise funds that directly support band and choir students while staying visible and involved in the school community.
What You'll Do
Work concession stands during school athletic events
Assist with food and beverage sales
Interact with community members and event attendees
Support fellow volunteers to keep lines moving smoothly
Shift Details
Most shifts take place on weeknights
Start times typically range from 4:30–6:00 PM
End times are usually 8:00–9:00 PM, depending on the event
Volunteers are on their feet for most of the shift
Who Can Volunteer
Adult volunteers are primarily needed
A limited number of student shifts may be available depending on the event
Student Benefit: For each shift, approximately $30 will be applied to your Panthers Points Account which can be used towards upcoming band trips or other instrument needs.
What to Expect: Volunteers should be prepared to tie back long hair and wear closed-toe shoes. Event end times are approximate and may vary slightly.
Why It Matters: Concessions shifts are a great way to support the music program financially, meet other band and choir families, and represent our students positively within the community.
