Spring Concert Volunteers Band and Choir

Volunteer at concerts to earn $15 toward your Panther Points account while helping welcome guests and support the music program.

Overview

Students can earn fundraising credit by volunteering at band and choir concerts this spring. For each 40-minute shift completed, a $15 donation will be added to your Panther Points account, which can be used toward trips and music-related expenses.


What You’ll Do

  • Greet and welcome concert guests

  • Collect suggested donations

  • Hand out concert programs

  • Represent the music program in a positive and friendly way


Shift Details

  • Shift length: 40 minutes

  • Arrival time: 6:20 PM

  • Location: Fine Arts Center Rotunda

  • A Booster Coordinator will provide instructions, materials, and assignment

Students may be stationed at entrances to help greet guests and manage donations.


Important Guidelines

  • Please sign up for a concert where you are not performing Example: If you are in Symphonic Band, choose Jazz, Varsity, Choir, or Middle School concerts

  • Be engaged, welcoming, and respectful to all guests

  • Cell phone use is not allowed during your shift

A Booster Board member will collect materials at the end of your shift.
