Silent Auction

We are seeking parent volunteers to help support our Silent Auction, which will take place in conjunction with the Swing Dance on March 28. The online auction will open three days prior, with all items displayed during the event.

There are many ways to get involved—whether you have time to volunteer, items to donate, or connections to share.

Ways to Get Involved

Donate to a Theme Basket Contribute items to one of our themed baskets. Be creative and have fun with it! Popular themes include:

• Chocolate Basket

• Cozy Up with a Good Book

• Family Time

• Movie Night

• Dog Lover

• Spa

• Coffee

• Candy Rush

• Baking

Create Your Own Basket Put together a full themed basket or donate funds to help purchase items.

Donate Auction Items Donate new items, experiences, or services such as:

• Event tickets

• Gift cards

• Park passes

Help with Business Outreach Volunteer to contact local businesses for donations. A Booster member will provide guidance and a list of suggested contacts.

Assemble Baskets & Prep Items Assist with organizing, assembling, and photographing baskets the week before the auction.

Why It Matters The Silent Auction is a key fundraiser that directly supports our music students and programs. Your involvement helps create a fun, engaging event for our community while raising meaningful support for band and choir.
