Fundraisers
All high school band and choir students are able to participate in fundraising at any time to support trips, patriot band, supplies and other band/choir expenses.
Because of the 2027 music tour to Greece, the boosters are trying to provide more opportunities for students to participate in fundraising.
These fundraisers will apply to student’s Panther Points accounts.Panther Points can be used for music supplies, instrument rentals or travel opportunities.
If you would like to send a donation request letter to friends or relatives, we’ve created this template that you can use if needed.
Please make a copy of the google doc (File->Make a Copy) and then modify or delete the [bold] type to personalize your letter.

We ask that each shift you sign up for is treated as a commitment. It is understandable that schedules can sometimes change, but we would ask that needing to find replacements is kept to a minimum.

Gerten's Fall Mum Sale
Delivery Date: Sept 10, afternoon
Emails will be sent to those that ordered the week of September 7th with more detailed information for pick up and with plant lists.
Gertens Delivery Day Volunteers (Adults and Students) - Our plants will be delivered in the afternoon but we are unsure of the exact time. We could use some adult volunteers to help with sorting, please check HERE for more information and to sign up.

Ongoing Fundraisers
These fundraising opportunities are available year-round or occur multiple times throughout the school year. Families can participate when it works best for them, with proceeds continuing to support our band and choir programs.
Raiseright Gift Cards
The RaiseRight Gift Card Fundraiser is an ongoing opportunity to earn funds for your student all year long—while shopping or dining as you normally would!
How it works:
Purchase gift cards at face value—use them for your regular shopping, dining, or travel.
Each participating brand donates a percentage (up to 20%, averaging 6%) of your purchase to your student’s Panther Points account.
These funds can be used toward music supplies, travel costs, and more!
There are frequent Bonus Days with even higher earning potential.
How to Join:
Go to https://bit.ly/slpraiserightgiftcards and click “Get Started for Free.”
When prompted, “Join a Program” using Enrollment Code 7ETKGM8D9AHV.
Enter your first and last name and your student’s name.
For “Group Name,” select either SLPHS Band or SLPHS Choir.
Important Notes:
Do not use “Ship to Coordinator” or “Pay Coordinator” options.
A $10.50 shipping fee will be applied to physical card orders.
Many cards can be sent as digital e-gifts or emailed directly to recipients for convenience.
This is a simple way to raise funds all year while supporting both your student and local businesses!
Achieving Dreams Fundraiser
This is an independent program—it is not organized or managed by the Music Boosters.
Achieving Dreams is a local organization that partners with major sports and concert venues to offer fundraising opportunities for individuals, families, and groups. Volunteers work concession stands or similar roles at events, and in return, earn funds that can go toward their student’s Panther Points account or other expenses.
