Concert Supervisors - Band and Choir
Help support students working the donation tables at concerts.
Concert Supervisors play a key part in helping our performances run smoothly. You’ll assist the student volunteers who work at the donation tables, making sure they have everything they need and that both entrances are supervised.
What You’ll Do
Arrive 40 min prior to concert start to assist with setup.
Pick up signs, cash box, and materials (provided by the Executive Board or committee members).
Get printed programs from the directors.
Meet student volunteers at the donation table, help them get organized, and supervise as needed.
If there are enough volunteers, place students at both entrances and ensure the doors are unlocked.
If possible, help count donations at the end (two adults required; students may assist).
End-of-Concert Tasks
At the start of the performance, collect the donation box and signs (leave programs available at the tables).
After the concert, return the money and materials to the safe.
